Hi, I’m Tracey!

I am a passionate therapist with a deep commitment to helping children and families overcome challenges and thrive. I’m excited to share a little bit about myself and my journey in this field.

With over 30 years of special education teaching experience, I have had the privilege of working with children from diverse backgrounds with a variety of disabilities. My career in education provided me with valuable insights into the unique needs and struggles children face on a daily basis.

In 2017, I completed my master’s degree in counseling from Concordia University. This advanced training equipped me with the latest research-backed techniques and therapeutic approaches to better serve the children and families under my care. My educational background has been instrumental in shaping my understanding of child development, mental health, and effective intervention strategies.

I’m a therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, child and family-centered care. I specialize in supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, ADHD, and behavior difficulties.  Through an integrative and holistic approach, I provide personalized care that addresses both emotional and behavioral needs, helping clients and families thrive in all aspects of their lives.

I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and caring environment where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. In addition to therapy, I offer support to families of children with special needs, guiding them through the complexities of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and advocating for the services and resources their children deserve. Whether it’s through therapy, consultation, or IEP advocacy, I’m here to help families navigate the process and empower them to create positive, meaningful changes.

My goal is to work alongside families to build strategies that promote healing, growth, and well-being, all while fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the unique needs of your child and family, I am here to offer the support, guidance, and expertise you need to succeed.
