Hi there! My name is Sammi, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training. Research tells us that the therapeutic relationship – trust and comfort built between therapist and client – has an enormous impact on mental health outcomes.

Finding a good fit with your selected therapist is a big step toward reaching goals for personal growth and change.

That being said, here’s a little about me. My number one goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for individuals to be their most authentic selves. Trust is important, and I strive for open communication and teamwork. I work with teenagers (13+) and adults using an individualized, person-centered approach where I included tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness, among others (continually growing as I do).

It is human to struggle, and okay to need reminders how NOT alone you are. Let’s work together to get you the skills and support you need to survive and thrive.
