Becca has extensive experience in treating adults and teenagers struggling with mental illness, substance abuse, and relationship problems. She received both her Bachelor's degree in psychology and Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, from Cardinal Stritch University. She has training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, prolonged exposure, exposure and response prevention, emotionally focused therapy, gottman methods, and other techniques. She has worked with a wide variety of people, presenting with many difficulties and struggles who have improved their lives with the help of therapy. She believes there is no such thing as a lost cause. As a firm believer in authenticity, Becca enjoys building genuine relationships, and working toward truly understanding people, which allows her to help clients become the best versions of themselves.
