Christina is a Licensed Professional Counselor that has been working in the counseling field for over 8 years. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and has her Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University in Wisconsin. She believes that everyone has times in their lives in which they get stuck or overwhelmed and at these times we need additional support.
Christina works with all ages from children through adults. Her areas of interest include:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Adoption
- Grief
- Life transitions
Christina ‘s treatment approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapies and incorporates mindfulness therapy and psycho-education. She believes that empowering a client with tools they can use in their daily life is her number one priority.
Therapy is a relationship, and it's our connection and mutual commitment to meet with trust, honesty, and compassion that provides the best foundation for change.
Christina works out of the Oak Creek office.
