Hello, my name is Brenna. I’m passionate about supporting children and families through evidence-based therapy tailored to their unique needs. I specialize in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Parent-Child Relational Therapy (PCRT), and marriage and family counseling. My goal is to provide a supportive space where families can work through challenges and build stronger, more connected relationships.

Many of the families I work with are navigating behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, communication struggles, or the impact of trauma. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each client’s unique story. Whether working with a child, parent, or family, I strive to create a nurturing environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in 2014 and am currently completing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mount Mary University. I’m gaining hands-on clinical experience under the supervision of Connie Eller, LPC, RPT-IT and Julianne Morrison MS, LPC NCC.

My background includes:

  • Working as an early childhood caregiver at a Waldorf-inspired daycare, where I developed a deep appreciation for holistic, child-led care
  • Supporting Milwaukee’s foster care youth through trauma-informed care
  • Facilitating mindfulness-based interventions with children at the Vel R. Phillips Juvenile Justice Center

Earlier in my career, I worked in rural India managing a women’s empowerment initiative—an experience that continues to shape my commitment to empowering individuals and fostering strong, resilient communities.

I look forward to walking alongside you and your family on the path to more meaningful connection.
