I’m Abby!
I am a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where I earned my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT), I’m passionate about helping clients navigate life’s unexpected twists and turns with compassion and curiosity.
I believe that while we can’t always “fix” everything, we can learn to move through challenges in healthier, more resilient ways. My work is especially focused on adolescents and young adults, recognizing how overwhelming and unfamiliar these seasons of life can feel. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences, build upon your strengths, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded, hopeful, and empowered.
