It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live, remember that. ~J.K. Rowling

Life can be challenging and asking for help is hard. Being vulnerable with someone is especially difficult. She wants to help you utilize mindfulness in your daily life and employ skills to be your best self in your relationships, career, and other goals.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, with an emphasis in Criminology, from Northern Illinois University.
