Michael specializes in working with adolescents and adults struggling with concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, substance use, self-esteem, stress management, mood disorders, and life transitions/adjustments. He utilizes an eclectic approach, drawing from Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. In addition to individual counseling, Michael also has experience facilitating groups focused on Substance Use, Anxiety, and DBT Skills
Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from Ripon College and his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University.
