Alexander is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He enjoys working with clients ranging from adolescents and young adults to couples and families. Alexander utilizes a multifaceted method tailored to the client that often incorporates a client centered, and solution focused therapeutic approach. In practice, Alexander seeks to create a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental atmosphere wherein clients have the freedom to process the events that brought them to counseling, obtain perspective into the way their experiences have impacted them, and advance with a deeper understanding of themselves to improve the various facets of their lives.
Alexander received his Bachelor’s in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. Alexander has experience working with a wide range of mental illness as a crisis counselor at the Crisis Resource Center, a part of the Milwaukee Center for Independence.
