We’re living through extraordinary times, globally and personally. It is a normal response to feel overwhelmed or anxious, lonely or depressed and to feel that something is wrong with us. And for our circumstances to impact our mental health, our relationships, our choice, our physical well being, and push us to a breaking point. The good news is, it doesn’t have to stay this way. In my work, breaking points are fertile ground for awakening to our lives and our own innate wisdom and good hearts.

My goal is to help you live with more presence, acceptance, joy, meaning and freedom in every moment. By seeing your breaking point for what it is - a calling to come home to yourself and your life - I hope you will begin to trust your own innate wisdom and goodness and reground your life in what matters most to you.

I work with adults, teens, couples and families through an approach that combines compassion, humility and humor with Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral approaches and Action and Commitment Therapy. These help transcend old and unhelpful patterns and stories in the context of our relationships, communities and cultures.

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I believe who we are in our lives and world greatly impacts our experience. I particularly enjoy incorporating the unique aspects of my clients identity, culture, spirituality, rituals and/or religion to co-design healing journeys that are unique to them. I love working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and other minoritized groups.

I spent two decades as an educator and school leader in four countries before becoming a psychotherapist, yoga and meditation instructor. I am also a mother of two, a dog mom, a lover of adventures, the great outdoors and learning new things. My work is influenced by all these experiences as well!
