Sometimes we get caught up in the daily motions of life and forget to live in the moment. We let our past navigate our day to day action even when it holds us back. Natalie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience working with current and former foster youth and young adults towards independence. She has a wealth of experience working under a trauma informed, strengths-based, client centered approach.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, with an emphasis in Criminology, from Northern Illinois University. She graduated with her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, from Cardinal Stritch University. Please call to see if you think she may be a good fit for you!
