Lester has a wide range of experience working with clients across a variety of settings in the field of mental health. His areas of interest include:
- Helping people work through anxiety issues

- Self-esteem
- Problems with work and career
- Anger management
- Depression and loss
His approach is client centered, and solution focused. Lester's emphasis in practice is to create a safe, casual environment where clients are free to work through the issues that brought them to counseling, gain insight into how their experiences have effected them, and move forward with improved understanding of themselves that will improve all areas of their lives.
Lester received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, and has his Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University in Wisconsin. He has ten years experience working with people with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and mental health issues.
Lester works out of the West Bend office.
