Alex is a counseling graduate student at UW-Milwaukee and is expected to receive his Masters degree in Spring 2021. He’s also completing his Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Substance Abuse Counselor In-Training (SAC-IT) certifications.

In 2016, he graduated with a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Hunter College in Manhattan, New York. After undergrad, he worked in behavioral research, specializing in substance abuse and sexual health studies, helping the LGBTQ community. Additionally, Alex has been working with individuals struggling with substance abuse issues since 2013.

Currently, he is working on completing his practicum counseling hours for school at Kettle Moraine Counseling and plans on working full-time at KMC after graduation. Alex enjoys helping clients that have experienced trauma, substance use challenges, and struggles related to anger.

Alex integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, psychoeducation, and Motivational Enhancement into his practice as a counselor.
